Body Rhythms is a practice of tuning with the subtle currents that move through you. Through gentle, guided movement and creative inquiry, you will begin to notice the natural rhythms of your body, how it breathes, how it holds or releases tension, how it shifts between stillness and motion. The focus is on moving with curiosity rather than judgment, exploring strength, flexibility, and grounding without strain.

This practice is infused with a spirit of Creative Inquiry: an interactive, experiential, and cooperative exploration. Every gesture, every breath, and every pause becomes a doorway into discovery. Instead of rushing toward answers, the class emphasizes the openness that questions invite. In this way, the inquiry is not only intellectual but also embodied, engaging your senses and your heart. Insights may appear as words, yet they may also arise as silence, stillness, or connection.

We will explore how our bodies attune to the rhythms of the world around us, learning to sync, integrate, and respond to external events with more coordination and creativity. At the same time, attention will turn inward, toward the pulse of the heart, the cycles of the breath, and the body’s natural signals of movement and rest. By listening more closely to these internal rhythms, we come into deeper intimacy with ourselves and discover how to bring our authentic expression into the world with greater precision and care. Beyond both inner and outer patterns lies a subtler dimension: the timeless rhythms of stillness, spaciousness, and paradox. Here, movement and contemplation converge, opening a sense of oneness and vitality that expands our perception of time and the wisdom it holds.
Body Rhythms is a space to experience life’s hidden textures, to discover new ways of moving and relating, and to notice how the body itself is a teacher of rhythm, presence, and connection.
