Perhaps this surprising video sheds light on why prolonged chanting opens the senses and brings the body and mind into energetic harmony. The water in our bodies (98% I think) absorbs the waves of sound and begins to move in rhythm with a hum that we ordinarily can’t hear beneath the chattering of our minds? –Michael

This is beautiful and wondrous, Hayward. Thank you! Do you know Alexander Lauterwasser’s sound/water experiments?
