Join us for an immersive weekend of practice and reflection.\nSession 1: Stop Chasing Shadows – Finding Your Ground\nWe begin with the fundamental shift from reactive patterns to responsive presence. Through settling practices we establish a stable awareness that can hold whatever arises without being swept away. Rather than chasing after thoughts and emotions or trying to suppress them, we are practicing turning toward the source of our reactivity with curiosity. We discover that courage isn’t a state that holds no fear, and is not manufactured through force of will. It is uncovered by recognizing our inherent capacity to rest in open awareness.\nSession 2: Learning to Confide\nWith our foundation established, we explore how to confide in presence itself as our most reliable guide. Through exercises including dialogue practices, we learn to maintain this grounded awareness while navigating challenging situations – from relationship conflicts to broader social justice concerns.\n
