By decentering ourselves and tuning into the full expanse of the field of experience, we can unlock hidden potential in our daily lives. The course introduces foundational grounding practices while also inviting students to tune into dynamics that are usually overlooked in experience, including our senses and our lived stories. Being fully present helps us gain clarity on the feelings and intentions that pervade ordinary experience. \nThis course incorporates theory and practice in roughly equal parts. Beginners are welcome and encouraged to sign up; experienced practitioners seeking a supportive practice environment and community are also encouraged to sign up.\nSliding Scale Cost\nThis course is offered on a sliding scale.
